Our entire menu is free of animal products, dairy-free and mostly gluten-free. We offers a variety of gluten-free options, carefully crafted for those with gluten sensitivities or celiac disease.
We emphasize the power of raw, living foods-nutritionally dense, unprocessed, including fruits, vegetables, seaweeds, nuts, and seeds. These foods are not heated above 48°C (118°F) to preserve their natural enzymes and nutrients. Raw living foods are believed to carry higher vibrational energy and bio-photon energy, a life force that nourishes and revitalizes.
Why soaking and sprouting?
Nature has set it up so that the nut, grain and seed may survive until proper growing conditions are present. Nature’s defence mechanism includes nutritional inhibitors and toxic substance that can be neutralised/minimised naturally when they germinates. When it rains the nut, grain or seed gets wet and can then geminate to produce a plant. So we are mimicking nature when we soak our nuts, grains and seeds.

1. Shio Koji/Probiotics Salt
Used in Japanese for centuries as all-star ingredients, Shio-koji has seen resurgence in popularity in recent years with the increasing interest fermented foods. The enzymes contained in shio koji break down proteins to starches to draw out the natural sweetness to draw out the natural sweetness, and tenderize meat and fish. It has a rounder taste and much more health benefits than ordinary salt.
