Terra restaurant serves innovative, inspiring and 100% plant based food in the heart of Kuta Lombok. All food is vegan and gluten free (51% raw & 49% cooked). A place indeed where you can nourish your body, mind and soul, and learn through a new culinary experience.
Our team will also source local and seasonal ingredients whilst actively encouraging protection of the environment. They combine plant based, gluten free and dairy free dishes together with a great supply of local ingredients in order to give you a selection of food like no other.
The ingredients are mostly of vegetable origin. We only use ingredients in their natural state: plants, vegetables, fruits, dried fruit and seeds. That includes a long range of “superfood”.
Gluten is a protein found in wheat flour. People who are celiac or sensitive to gluten should not consume this protein.
We don’t serve milk, cheese, lactose beverages or yogurt. We make fresh coconut milk by ourselves and use it extensively across the menu.
